Green Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Greens Superblend **(see discount at the bottom of the blog!)
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Multi Collagen and/or Whey protein or Vegan protein of choice
Directions:

Ingredients:
- 1 whole orange, peeled
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp fresh ginger

Green Goddess Hummus
Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) can chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Green Superblend **
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp chives, fresh or dried
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy with veggies, pita bread, etc. Store in refrigerator.
Green Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Green Superblend **
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Whey protein or Vegan protein of choice
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 kiwi, sliced
Directions:
Add all ingredients except berries and kiwis, and blend. Pour into bowl and top with berries and sliced kiwi.
Banana Chocolate Greenies
Serves 12
Ingredients:
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 1 cup organic all purpose flour
- 1 scoop Alaya Naturals Green Superblend **
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup grass fed organic butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the oats and milk, set aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Greens powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
4. Stir in mashed bananas, oatmeal mixture, butter and egg. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Fill lightly greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 16-20 minutes.
