Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1/3 cup pure pumpkin puree
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
½ very ripe pear (cored)
pinch of salt
½ cup organic plain coconut or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoons granola of choice
Instructions:
1.Mix pumpkin puree, cinnamon, maple syrup, pear, and salt and blend until completely smooth.
2. Remove from the blender with a spatula and transfer to a bowl*.
3. Using 1 small jar, add yogurt to the bottom of jar
4. Next, layer tablespoon granola over the yogurt in each jar.
5. Next, layer pumpkin puree
