  • 1/2 cup Organic Milk Of Choice (I recommend coconut for the MCFA’s)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Organic Blackberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Organic Granola
  • 1 level TSP Chia Seeds
  • Dash of Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend and pour.
