- ½ cup plain yogurt (plant based or milk based)
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao nibs
- 1 scoop Grass Fed Vanilla Whey Protein Powder OR if vegan use Alaya's Vanilla Plant Based Protein Powder
- 1 tb
